“With a new day comes new strength and new thoughts”

Eleanor Roosevelt said it best. I like that quote.

I was thinking just this morning that I have no need for a so called ‘bucket list‘. I have done it all!! Here’s my latest list:
1. Thanks said many times over in the last week.
2. Visit to Monterey to see my precious grandkids for Thanksgiving. Always fun to do crafts with that delightful foursome.
3. Bingo!!! All my sad faces and moods because of low sales ….. restored itself over Thanksgiving week. 7 sales in a week! There is always, always hope.
4. Travels far and wide to see all the 12 grandkids. Been to Germany, Prague, Lithuania, Amsterdam, Japan, Korea, Boston, the east, the west, and everything in between.
5. A strong, so strong, desire to take photos, fold paper, create stars, origami flowers, mobiles, gifts, … you name it …. the desire overwhelms me each day.
6. A car, fairly new, and the ability to pay for it now that I am on Medicare. WOW, before that our medical insurance payments were almost $900 a month.
7. Roses in December, literally, here in California.
8. Thank you Nutrisystems; you helped me lose ten pounds …. hopefully six more soon.
9. Looking forward to a Minnesota hometown visit once again … this time in January for a wedding of someone dear.
10. A Boston visit to my four grandkids …. in time for the Easter Bunny.
NO Bucket List for ME! I have done it all and then some.

“Every day you make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb.”  Sir Winston Churchill

An Etsy order in the works.

A gift order for someone special.
